Our dental lab sintering tray is used for testing laboratory and a variety of  industrial analysis.  Alumina ceramic crucible and corundum crucible include: arc alumina crucible, square alumina crucible, rectangle alumina ceramic crucible, column ceramic crucible and a variety of shaped alumina ceramic crucible.


1. High purity: Al2O3>99%, high chemical etching resistance;

2. Temperature tolerance, at 1600°C for long term application, and at 1800°C for short term application;

3. Resistant to sudden cold and hot, un-explosive;

4. High density of slip casting, high purity alumina crucible, specifications of 99% corundum crucibles: 5ml 10ml 15ml 20ml 25ml 30ml 50ml 100ml 150ml 200ml- 2500ml.


High purity alumina products can withstand very high temperature under reducing,inert or high vacuum condition.They remain good chemical resistance under high temperature and have excellent wear and abration resistance.Alumina products can withstand up to 1750C.

Alumina products are sentitive to thermal shock.Try to warm up the furnace chamber slowly.A heating rate between 150C-300C/hour is recommended for the first 1-1.5 hours,so that the alumina products can be evenly heated to reduce the impact of themal shock.
